Outbound Sales Representatives
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Cold Calling and Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate is a skincare enthusiast with a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for cold calling prospective clients, taking orders, answering customer service questions, and maintaining regular contact with our existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: reputed company out to med spas, independent plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and licensed estheticians to introduce them to the products.
Customer Service: Answer product questions, reputed company excellent customer service, and take phone and email orders.
reputed company reputed company-ins: Conduct monthly reputed company-ins with existing clients to maintain relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify upselling opportunities.
Order Management: Process and manage incoming orders, ensuring reputed company and accurate handling of customer requests.
Maintain CRM: reputed company detailed records of reputed company interactions, feedback, and any follow-up needed using CRM tools.
