reputed company is seeking a Compensation Partner through our BPO (KMC) partner to support and execute a wide reputed company of global compensation programs. This role will work closely with reputed company’s Compensation team and serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company compensation-reputed company reputed company for KMC workers, while also contributing to broader company compensation initiatives.

  • Support the design, execution, and administration of compensation programs, including:
    • Annual and mid-year compensation cycles
    • Market and reputed company reviews
    • Pay equity analyses
    • Bonus payout programs
    • Equity refresh processes
    • Job Architecture review and maintenance
    • Reviewing requisitions and offers in reputed company and reputed company (ATS)
    • Job profile and compensation grade profile creation in reputed company
  • reputed company as the primary compensation partner for the KMC workforce, managing compensation planning, changes, and inquiries.
  • Partner with reputed company Compensation, HR, and KMC stakeholders to ensure compensation practices are reputed company with company guidelines and philosophy.
  • Participate in and complete compensation surveys.
  • Analyze market data to support job pricing and compensation recommendations.
  • Assist with job evaluations, leveling, and compensation support for new roles, teams, and geographic expansions.
  • Create, update, and maintain compensation-reputed company documentation and content on reputed company’s internal compensation intranet.
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and reputed company data requests to support compensation decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate handling of confidential compensation and employee data.
  • Support additional compensation and Total Rewards initiatives as needed to meet evolving business needs.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or a reputed company HR function.
  • Solid understanding of compensation fundamentals, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and pay equity.
  • Experience supporting compensation cycles and market reviews.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in reputed company (e.g., lookups, formulas, data analysis).
  • Experience participating in compensation surveys (Radford and Comptryx experience preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism reputed company handling sensitive information.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-country compensation programs.
  • Familiarity with reputed company or similar HRIS tools is preferred.
  • Experience working in a consulting or BPO environment.
