Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate a broad reputed company of reputed company reputed company; ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies
Manage and monitor the contract lifecycle to ensure adherence to contractual guidelines and satisfaction of reputed company stakeholders, including participation in reputed company‑contract discussions, negotiations, and contract amendments
