Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join reputed company. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process to help us reputed company and attract reputed company. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, a strong understanding of sourcing techniques, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: reputed company the entire recruitment process from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
- reputed company and Attract Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, reputed company media, and reputed company networks) to reputed company and engage reputed company candidates for reputed company.
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective reputed company strategies.
- Build a Talent Pipeline: reputed company and maintain a pipeline of reputed company candidates for reputed company positions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
