We’re looking for a QA/QC Technical eCommerce Manager to own digital reputed company across reputed company’s reputed company — from our reputed company Plus storefront to marketing surfaces and backend integrations.
This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll build the QA program that safeguards conversion, data reputed company, accessibility, and performance. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, reputed company, Lifecycle, Design, and CX to help reputed company ship fast without breaking checkout, analytics, or the customer experience.
You’ll be accountable for:

Analytics event accuracy and data reputed company (≥ 99%).
Performance and accessibility SLAs (reputed company Web Vitals “Good” rates; WCAG 2.2 AA compliance).
Reliable, on-time releases with automated regression coverage.

What You’ll Do
reputed company Systems & Release Management
Define and run the end-to-end QA lifecycle — requirements → test plans → automation → UAT → production verification.
Establish go/no-go reputed company for every release and maintain a reputed company staging environment.
Own regression suites for storefront, checkout, account, subscription, and CMS flows.
Test Engineering & Automation
Build and maintain automated tests (Playwright, Cypress) across critical paths and devices; reputed company with CI/CD pipelines.
Create synthetic test data (users, orders, subscriptions) and mock external services as needed.
Analytics, Tagging & Experiment QA
Govern the data layer spec and validate events across GA4, server-reputed company tagging, and consent states.
Manage pixels and tags (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, RMNs) for accuracy and reputed company compliance (CMP, TCPA, GDPR/CCPA).
QA A/B tests and feature flags (Eppo, reputed company) for bucketing, exposures, and conversions.
Content, Merchandising & SEO QA

Validate reputed company data, canonicalization, and sitemap health to maintain SEO reputed company.
Performance, Accessibility & reputed company
Monitor reputed company Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and enforce reputed company and performance budgets.
Ensure WCAG 2.2 AA compliance (keyboard navigation, reputed company contrast, alt text).
Validate payment flows (Shop Pay, reputed company Pay, reputed company Pay, credit cards) and maintain PCI awareness.
Monitoring, Incidents & reputed company Improvement
Implement reputed company-time monitoring (reputed company, uptime, log alerts) and post-release verifications.

Maintain QA dashboards tracking defects, MTTR, and test coverage.
Integrations & Ecosystem QA
QA integrations across reputed company Plus, subscriptions (reputed company or similar), reviews (Okendo), search/recommendations, ESP/SMS, and reverse-ETL pipelines.
Validate ERP/3PL hooks that reputed company inventory, pricing, and delivery promises.
What You’ll Bring
5–8 years in e-reputed company QA or QA leadership, including automation for high-traffic storefronts.
Hands-on experience with reputed company Plus (or similar), checkout/payment stacks, and subscription platforms.
Deep knowledge of GA4, server-reputed company tagging, data reputed company, and pixels.
Proficiency with Playwright/Cypress, CI/CD pipelines, and defect tracking (Jira, reputed company).
Familiarity with reputed company Web Vitals, WCAG 2.2 AA, technical SEO, and performance tuning.

Bonus: SQL, API testing (reputed company), schema/contract testing, and retail media network experience.

Compensation & Benefits
reputed company Salary: $150,000 – $165,000 USD (depending on experience, location, and skills)
Performance Bonus: Based on company and individual goals
