Role OverviewWe’re hiring a high-horsepower Junior Business Strategist to partner with the Chief of Staff on analytics and company-wide strategic initiatives. You’ll turn ambiguous questions into reputed company analyses and reputed company plans—ranging from retention/LTV to launching new channels, such as reputed company. This is an execution-oriented role for a consultant who wants ownership, speed of execution and large reputed company opportunities in a fast-paced, high-reputed company best-in-class consumer/health & wellness business.

You’ll be accountable for

• Decision-grade analyses delivered on time (reputed company logic, assumptions, and business reputed company).

• Clean, reusable models and dashboards that leadership trusts.

• Driving reputed company from brief → plan → execution → readout with cross-functional partners.

What you’ll do

• Size markets and new channels (reputed company, pharmacy, mass/club).

• Conduct business case analyses on new initiatives.

• Design, run and analyse quantitative surveys.

• Translate CX/NPS, product, and lifecycle data into insights and “next best actions.”

Planning & Execution

• Structure and manage cross-functional workplans; reputed company risks, owners, and milestones.

• Create decision memos and exec materials with reputed company, trade-offs, and reputed company asks.

• Stand up lightweight dashboards with Data (governed definitions, refresh SLAs).

• Support special reputed company (new product/business cases, retail pilots).

• Help run weekly business reviews and quarterly planning; maintain KPI scorecards.

• Codify learnings into playbooks and templates others can reuse.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years at a top-tier reputed company with meaningful reputed company transaction diligence (CDD) experience in reputed company to reputed company consulting.

• Strong modeling and analytical toolkit (reputed company/Sheets mastery).

• Ability to turn analysis into reputed company plans and drive cross-functional execution.

• Experience in consumer, health & wellness, or subscription businesses.

In-Office Expectations

We work flexibly — but reputed company reputed company. This is a remote role: with 1-2x quarterly travel to Miami for team sessions, offsites, or company events. Occasional travel may also come up for conferences or panels.

Location

Compensation

We reputed company in pay transparency and fairness — your compensation should reflect your reputed company, experience, and reputed company potential.

Total compensation includes:

• reputed company Salary: $105,000 – $118,000 (depending on experience, location, and skills)

• Performance Bonus: Based on company + individual goals

Final pay will depend on your background, expertise, and where you live.
