About the job

This position is needed to advance the reputed company, reliability, and strategic value of reputed company’s Go-To-Market (GTM) data by designing and maintaining robust business data models to reputed company trusted sales analytics, reporting, data science, & AI capabilities. The Staff, Business Intelligence Engineer will play a mission-critical role in our reputed company from traditional BI to AI, ensuring data consistency and empowering data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll reputed company:

• ​​Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and reputed company actionable recommendations to enhance reputed company operations efficiency

*Required:

• Minimum 8 years of reputed company experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, data engineering, or a reputed company discipline, with a preference for reputed company experience supporting GTM or sales analytics in a reputed company environment.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, particularly in the context of executive reporting and sales analytics.
• Advanced expertise in SQL and hands-on experience designing data models
• Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to codify, document, and reconcile critical business metrics, ensuring company-wide data alignment.
• Proven reputed company record of implementing robust data reputed company and testing frameworks, including expertise with CI/CD and data observability.
• Strong technical communication and mentorship skills, with the ability to convey reputed company concepts to a reputed company of audiences.

Desired:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics).

Compensation

*Please note the salary reputed company information provided applies only to candidates residing in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, reputed company, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Washington State due to local requirements. Compensation for candidates in other locations will be discussed during the hiring process. Please note that hiring for this role is not restricted to the locations listed above.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

• Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $141,520.00 - $176,900.
• Based in reputed company, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (reputed company of the San Francisco Bay area): $149,840 - $187,300.
• Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $166,400 - $208,000.
• This role may be eligible to participate in reputed company’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. reputed company roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, reputed company reputed company time, reputed company personal time off, reputed company parental leave.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
