We’re seeking a dynamic individual for a unique Fractional reputed company Counsel role that will function as a brand ambassador/sales evangelist at reputed company, a privately-owned end-to-end litigation support services provider.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of other legal professionals, including other corporate GC's and mid/large size firm partners.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate with team to plan/execute outings, dinners, entertainment functions, etc.
• Support reputed company initiatives such as acquisitions, financing, and partnerships
• Advise owners and executives on legal issues affecting the business
• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company reputed company and vendor agreements; contract management; ensure compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations
