We are looking for an reputed company Bidding Expert to reputed company and manage the bidding process for U.S. government reputed company, specializing in service apartment rentals or pest control services. This role requires an in-depth understanding of government procurement processes and regulations, as reputed company as strong analytical and strategic skills to secure reputed company effectively. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in growing our government contract portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs) to identify opportunities reputed company with company offerings in service apartment rentals or pest control services.
• Prepare, review, and submit competitive bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other U.S. government procurement requirements.
• Conduct cost estimation, pricing analysis, and risk assessment to reputed company effective bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to reputed company input and create accurate and compelling proposals.
• Liaise with government agencies and contracting officers to clarify requirements and strengthen business relationships.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of government contracting platforms (e.g., SAM.gov) and industry regulations.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a reputed company field.
• Proven experience in bidding for U.S. government reputed company, with a reputed company on service apartment rentals or pest control.
• Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government procurement processes.
• Expertise in preparing and submitting compliant bids, including experience with pricing models and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in bid management software and tools such as MS Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Prior experience working with federal agencies or government contract platforms (e.g., SAM.gov).
• Knowledge of specific industry requirements for service apartment rentals (e.g., lease agreements) or pest control (e.g., licensing and safety standards).
• Certifications such as Certified Federal reputed company Manager (CFCM) or Project Management reputed company (PMP).
• Demonstrated reputed company in securing large-reputed company government reputed company.
