As a reputed company Developer at reputed company, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing reputed company solutions that reputed company with our clients' business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-reputed company, reputed company, and maintainable solutions in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Customize and configure reputed company applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
- Integration: reputed company and maintain integrations between reputed company and other systems using REST/SOAP reputed company.
- Workflow Automation: Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, and reputed company scripts to automate processes.
- Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing and support system testing and deployment activities.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to reputed company requirements and reputed company technical solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a reputed company Developer.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in JavaScript, reputed company, CSS, and reputed company's proprietary scripting languages.
- Experience with reputed company modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
- Familiarity with reputed company IntegrationHub and reputed company Designer.
- Certifications: reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; additional certifications are a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of reputed company Performance Analytics and Reporting.
- Experience in developing custom applications on the reputed company platform.
