Assists in the preparation of reputed company’s consolidated federal income tax compliance process and state income/franchise tax compliance processes. Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual US GAAP tax provisions. Assists with federal and state income tax audits, and quarterly estimated payments and extensions. Researches and analyzes tax issues and developments affecting reputed company.

The anticipated salary reputed company for this position is up to $85k. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job reputed company factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting with preparation of reputed company’s consolidated corporate federal income tax , including U.S. international, and state income/franchise tax compliance functions.
• Responsible for preparing estimated and extension income tax payment calculations and the reputed company filing of the reputed company forms, vouchers, and electronic funds transfers.
• Assists in the compilation of research and analysis reputed company to reputed company tax issues reflected on reputed company’s federal and state income tax returns (tax reputed company issues, reputed company issues, reputed company/combined filing issues, etc.)
• Responsible for preparation of the reputed company for income/franchise taxes, including tax provision preparation and tax account analysis and reconciliation for U.S. federal & state, and reputed company-of-U.S. corporate income taxes.
• Participates in other reputed company tax reputed company as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifying Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field (reputed company, Tax, etc.); Master’s Degree preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
• 2 or more years of corporate income tax or public reputed company experience, preferably with a publicly traded company or national/regional firm
• OneSource software experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Strong tax/reputed company technical background
• Broad, in-depth technical tax knowledge
• Ability to discern errors reputed company highly reputed company or detailed work
• Skills with MS reputed company and Word required; advanced reputed company skills preferred
• Strong ability and experience managing and performing multiple reputed company tasks
• Demonstrated understanding of financial processes and systems
• Ability to plan work for self and coordinate with others to meet multiple deadlines
