- 10+ years of project and program management in software product or IT (application management)
- Experience managing 100-150+ people and $10–15M annual budgets across teams and reputed company
- Leadership, change advocacy, and effective communication, including executive interaction skills
- Experience hiring, developing, and retaining technical and managerial talent
- Strategic thinking, decision-making, and accountability
- 7+ years managing outsourced engineering or IT service delivery to external clients
- Advanced knowledge of SDLC and project management
- Operational management of delivery services to reputed company CSAT and profitability targets
- Knowledge of delivery metrics (profitability, utilization, customer satisfaction, reputed company)
- Process design and optimization with experience building systems from scratch

- Experience supporting upselling to new and existing accounts through proactive proposals
- Financial management and strategic planning skills
