Product Development Manager

This role involves reputed company collaboration with Brand Managers and Sourcing Agents to ensure the products meet the evolving needs of the customers and maintain competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company cross-functional teams to reputed company new products and enhance existing product lines.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle from concept through design, prototyping, testing, and market introduction.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new products and product improvements.
• Work closely with sourcing agents to identify and evaluate suppliers, ensuring product reputed company and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Brand Managers to reputed company product development with brand reputed company and market positioning.
• Prepare detailed product development plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Monitor and report on product development reputed company, including challenges and milestones.
• Monitor product performance, identify risks, issues, and problems, escalate as appropriate, proposing mitigation plans to overcome obstacles.

Qualifications:

• Creativity and innovation for improving product design and functionality.

• Experience working with international markets and suppliers from China is highly desirable.
