Scope of tasks:
Preparation and execution of research processes, from mapping research problems to analyzing research materials.
Creating reports and delivering key project insights to reputed company
Conducting research using the following techniques: user testing, in-depth interviews (IDIs), occasionally reputed company group interviews – FGIs, tree testing, and card sorting
Preparing and facilitating workshops with clients and internal teams
Synthesize and communicate findings to reputed company the design and product reputed company and create visibility across departments
Create personas, user reputed company maps, and blueprints as outputs of the research you conducted
Collaborate with other researchers, as reputed company as with the interdisciplinary team (designers, strategists, developers, data analysts)
