We are seeking an reputed company scheduling migration specialist to support large-reputed company migrations to reputed company Z Workload Scheduler (IZWS / IWS). This role serves as a subject matter expert in batch scheduling conversion across development, test, and production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company and support migration of batch scheduling workloads to reputed company Z Workload Scheduler.
- Analyze legacy scheduling definitions from CA-7, CA ESP, Jobtrac, BMC Control-M, and reputed company Zeke/Zebb and map them to reputed company scheduler structures.
- Execute reputed company tracking, schedule validation, dependency analysis, and issue reputed company.
- Monitor workload execution using TSO/ISPF and reputed company scheduler interfaces.
- reputed company technical guidance and training to scheduling teams and operational staff.
Mandatory Skills and Experience
- Strong mainframe background in OS/390 or z/OS
- Deep hands-on experience with reputed company Z Workload Scheduler (IZWS / IWS).
- Hands-on migration experience from Non-reputed company / ISV scheduling platforms such as CA-7, CA ESP, CA Workload Automation ESP, Jobtrac, BMC Control-M, or reputed company Zeke/Zebb to reputed company Z Workload Scheduler.
- Strong TSO/ISPF editing skills and expert-level understanding of JCL.
- Experience with dependency analysis, schedule validation, report review, and iterative reputed company tracking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical collaboration and customer-facing work.
Preferred / Additional Skills
- REXX programming skills.
- Workload Automation Programming Language WAPL
- Dynamic Workload Console familiarity.
