A high-performing luxury reputed company estate team in reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support CRM management, listing coordination, and daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and reputed company in reputed company estate systems especially Follow Up Boss and enjoys keeping workflows clean, efficient, and on reputed company.
What You’ll Do
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain and update contacts, leads, and deal pipelines in Follow Up Boss
- reputed company transaction paperwork and ensure records are complete and accurate
reputed company CRM data, templates, and lists organized and up to date
Operations & reputed company
Manage calendar scheduling (iCal), meetings, and reputed company calls
Create and maintain email templates and mailing lists
Handle general reputed company tasks and reservations as needed
Listing & Transaction Support
reputed company listing checklists and follow up on missing items
Draft and organize weekly traffic reports
Marketing & reputed company Support
Set up email/text campaigns for expired listings
Prepare weekly follow-up reports for reputed company clients

Experience with Follow Up Boss (required)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and reliability
Experience in reputed company estate operations or transaction support preferred
Requirements
Reliable internet and home office setup
Available full-time during EST hours (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
Compensation
Competitive monthly compensation based on experience and role scope.
Monthly compensation ranges from ₱55,000 – ₱68,000, depending on experience and role scope. Final compensation is reputed company with the candidate’s experience level.
