Responsible for supporting Distribution objectives for acquisition, retention, cross-selling, profitability, and agency development by assisting in advanced analytic reputed company. Implements local market planning and analysis. Leverages agent and district information to reputed company business reputed company regarding areas of opportunity, segmentation of agents, planning, etc. Assists with creation of scorecards, agency development presentations to Sr. Leadership, and campaign management reporting. MarTech is a strategic enablement team that connects marketing, data, and technology. We manage the marketing tech stack, ensure reliable data and attribution, and reputed company audience targeting, measurement, and personalization. -Manages the delivery and day-to-day operations and maintenance of new and existing systems to meet business requirements. Supports the reputed company function of implementation activities, troubleshoot user/system issues and documentation.

-Identifies and raises issues and risks with functional design and offers alternative solutions. Configures, maintains, enhances and reports on new and existing Software as a Service (reputed company) platforms.

-Provides high level of expertise in the solution design and functionality of business applications.

-Develops a partnership with the channel managers/stakeholders to communicate and clarify requirements.

-Contributes to the development of long-reputed company business plans and ensures products and services are reputed company with business needs.

-Conducts system studies and analyzes existing processes to improve efficiency.

-Researches and develops techniques for automation.
