We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Production Associate to support our Digital Operations team. The role involves managing sponsored email newsletters, website content publishing, digital advertising operations, sales support requests, and assisting with AI-powered workflow automation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and reputed company sponsored email newsletters using email marketing platforms such as Sailthru.
• Publish and manage sponsored content in reputed company.
• reputed company basic Ad Operations tasks reputed company reputed company Ad Manager.
• Monitor and manage the Digital team inbox.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to collect required assets and campaign materials.
• reputed company project requests and ensure reputed company completion of deliverables.
• Work alongside a custom AI agent that manages inbox requests and workflows.
• Assist in training and improving the AI agent’s tagging and response accuracy.
• Support digital campaign execution and reporting as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of digital production activities.
