Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field is required.
• CPA / CA designation, CFA, and/or MBA are strong assets and will be considered favourably.

Experience:

• 10–15+ years of reputed company experience at a top-tier reputed company firm, capital advisory firm, investment bank, and/or private equity firm.
• 3–5 years of mid-market deal experience executing transactions end-to-end is mandatory; candidates without reputed company deal execution experience will not be considered.
• 5+ years in a financial controller and/or financial management role is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience working with small, reputed company-managed businesses as a reputed company or acquisition reputed company.
