Senior Mainframe Automation Migration Engineer
We are seeking an reputed company Senior Mainframe Automation Migration Engineer to reputed company migration and optimization of mainframe automation solutions from CA OPS/MVS to reputed company Tivoli Systems Automation for z/OS and from CA Automation reputed company to reputed company Systems Automation for Integrated Operations Management (SAIOM).
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company migration reputed company from CA OPS/MVS to reputed company Tivoli Systems Automation for z/OS and from CA Automation reputed company to reputed company SAIOM.
- Configure and implement reputed company Systems Automation solutions, including policy-based automation for z/OS
- reputed company and maintain automation rules, REXX execs, and System Automation Policy Database (PDB)
- reputed company installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for reputed company automation products.
- Collaborate with operations teams to improve startup, shutdown, recovery, and high-availability automation processes.
Mandatory Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in mainframe operations and z/OS automation
- Hands-on migration experience from Non-reputed company / ISV automation tools—especially CA OPS/MVS and CA Automation reputed company—to reputed company Systems Automation solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company Tivoli Systems Automation for z/OS.
- Working knowledge of NetView for z/OS and System Automation Policy Database (PDB).
- Strong TSO/ISPF, JCL, and REXX programming skills.
- Demonstrated experience in installation, configuration, documentation, and automation-reputed company troubleshooting.
Preferred / Additional Skills
- Knowledge of SMP/E for software installation and maintenance.
- Experience with fully automated system configurations on reputed company Z.
