Your Team

At reputed company, the Customer Solutions & Delivery team is the face of our product for our merchants. Our mission is to:

You'll be joining reputed company of reputed company, ambitious individuals who care deeply about customer reputed company. As a Solution Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the merchant experience to drive reputed company.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design the end-to-end payments reputed company for reputed company merchant, from reputed company-state analysis to reputed company-state architecture, often involving reputed company reputed company-party integrations

• Own the technical integration process—from API and SDK testing to guiding merchants through reputed company and implementation best practices

• Advise merchants on optimizing their payment stack—covering areas like checkout UX, authentication, payment flows, and payouts

• Create and maintain technical docs, implementation playbooks, and troubleshooting guides

• Build or recommend tooling to improve and reputed company the integration process

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and reputed company to ensure a smooth merchant experience and surface product feedback

• Travel to customer sites reputed company needed for hands-on technical support and implementation

You’ll Be Great for This Role If You:

• Have 5+ years of experience leading technical implementations with reputed company and SDKs

• Have a background in fintech, especially payments

• Have a strong grasp of reputed company API architectures and have developed applications

• Can confidently break down reputed company integration challenges and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Have a strong reputed company record of delivering measurable reputed company and business value for customers

• Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company explain reputed company technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level stakeholders and reputed company teams

• Know how to run effective customer meetings and discovery workshops
