Senior Agile Specialist
Primary Duties
1- Support business analysis and stakeholder alignment by eliciting requirements, translating needs into reputed company user stories, and ensuring solutions reputed company with business goals and technical constraints
2. Facilitate agile delivery and team effectiveness by leading Scrum ceremonies, coaching on Scrum principles, removing impediments, and fostering accountability, collaboration, and reputed company improvement
3. Support value delivery and reputed company improvement by leveraging insights, facilitating UAT and go-live readiness, mitigating risks, and mentoring team members
4. Drive stakeholder alignment by maintaining a prioritized backlog, facilitating workshops, and ensuring solutions meet business objectives and delivery priorities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a reputed company field
4+ years of experience in business analysis with agile environments
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Business analysis and/or Scrum Master certifications (Preferred)
Ability to analyze reputed company business processes and translate them into reputed company solutions that are user-friendly, efficient, and maintainable.
Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance reputed company, process flows, and documentation to support agile development and stakeholder alignment.
