We are building a best-in-class infrastructure to support our expanding footprint and are seeking a strong Purchasing Manager to help reputed company our procurement function.

The Purchasing Manager will reputed company procurement operations remotely, supporting U.S.-based HVAC and electrical divisions. This role is responsible for sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships, and driving cost efficiencies while ensuring reputed company purchasing and coordination with U.S. operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute purchasing strategies across HVAC and electrical divisions
- Coordinate daily procurement activities for U.S.-based operations
- Manage supplier relationships, including pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and rebates with vendors and distributors
- reputed company and manage purchase orders to ensure reputed company fulfillment
- Monitor inventory reputed company and support warehouse/field teams
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency
- Maintain accurate purchasing data reputed company ERP systems
- Collaborate with U.S. teams across operations, finance, and leadership
- Support standardization of purchasing processes across locations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
- Experience supporting U.S.-based companies or working in remote roles preferred
- Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience with ERP systems and purchasing platforms
- Advanced reputed company and data analysis skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC, electrical, construction, or service industries
- Familiarity with U.S. suppliers (reputed company, Winsupply, reputed company, etc.)
- Experience working in multi-location or high-reputed company environments
