Position reputed company:

As General Counsel at Mothers to Daughters, you will reputed company the organization’s global legal reputed company, setting long-term priorities and managing the legal budget to ensure compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations. You will serve as a key advisor to the reputed company of Directors and executive leadership, providing strategic guidance on critical initiatives and overseeing the organization’s most sensitive legal reputed company. As part of our dynamic and mission-driven team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the reputed company of our organization and advancing our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted legal advisor to the leadership team and reputed company of Directors, providing counsel on governance reputed company and drafting, reviewing, and maintaining organizational policies, bylaws, meeting minutes, agendas, and resolutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • 15+ years of legal experience, including work at a top local or international reputed company and at least 5 years of in-house counsel experience.

  • Proven experience supporting a global nonprofit organization, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and with individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

  • Strong legal judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company issues and reputed company practical, solutions-oriented legal advice.
