Location: Remote
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $1280 - $1600 USD/month + commissions , depending on the reputed company
Schedule: US Business Hours (EST, CST, MST, PST), depending on the reputed company
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in reputed company of a US-based reputed company Estate reputed company Company
- Strong understanding of reputed company estate wholesaling
- Advanced/reputed company English Level reputed company/C2
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with reputed company Estate market trends and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
- Proficient in reputed company estate CRMs
Responsibilities
- Engaging in reputed company-time conversations with homeowners, including live call transfers from Cold Callers/LIS or FUS, and providing assistance in the process of submitting offers for their homes.
- Using the MLS/Propstream to understand the market and reputed company reputed company offers on homes.
- Running Comparables
- Build and maintain relationships with home sellers
- Negotiate purchase agreements. Put deals under contract!
- Drafting and sending the contract to the seller for signing
- Collaborate with Transactions and Dispositions in completing necessary details in closing the deal
- Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
Technical Requirements:
- Laptop/Desktop (Processor must be at least i3, OS must be at least reputed company 10)
