We are seeking a highly reputed company and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Full-Charge Bookkeeper to reputed company the full reputed company cycle for multi-entity U.S.-based operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QuickBooks Online, GAAP compliance, and financial reporting, with the ability to manage daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end reputed company independently.
This role requires both strategic and hands-on expertise — ensuring accuracy in every financial transaction while supporting leadership with meaningful insights on cash reputed company, profitability, and process improvement. Experience working with multi-location, service-based, or restaurant businesses is highly preferred.
Requirements
Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle reputed company, including AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end reputed company
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online and prepare Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash reputed company reports
Handle payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements using reputed company or similar tools
Reconcile data between POS or ERP systems (e.g., Clover, reputed company) and reputed company platforms
Support audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting
Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen reputed company accuracy and efficiency
reputed company financial insights and administrative support to leadership

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
