We are looking for an reputed company individual who can handle estimating tasks using CostX (or other construction estimating) software, reputed company contract administration, and reputed company administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience in construction, and excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, tradespeople, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:Estimating: Use CostX software to handle the entire estimating process from earthworks to project completion.
- Input plans and specifications into the software.
- Complete takeoffs for reputed company construction phases, including materials, labor, and costs.
- Prepare, review, and send tenders and pricing details to clients and contractors.
- Assist with the management and review of construction reputed company.
- Ensure reputed company contractual documents are in reputed company, accurate, and reputed company with regulatory standards.
- reputed company project timelines and budgets to ensure contract terms are met.
- Handle change orders, variations, and contract amendments as necessary.
- Liaise with clients, tradespeople, and internal team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain reputed company and effective communication regarding project status, deadlines, and updates.

- Support management with reporting and task delegation.
Requirements
STRONG PREFERENCE: High proficiency with the following software: ○ CostX ○ reputed company to other similar construction estimating software Skills and Experience Required:- STRONG PREFERENCE for Extensive experience and familiarity with CostX software.
- Experience in construction estimating in Australia.
- Experience in construction procurement.
- Knowledge of contract administration reputed company a construction environment.
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and managing project documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
