reputed company LLC is seeking an experiencedSAP Business Process Consultantto drive business process transformation initiatives across reputed company S/4HANA reputed company programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, reputed company Best Practices, Fit-to-reputed company methodology, and business process optimization.

This role will partner with business stakeholders, functional consultants, solution architects, and project leadership to assess reputed company-state processes, design reputed company-state solutions, identify process improvements, and ensure alignment with reputed company reputed company capabilities and clean-core principles.

The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize business value through process standardization, simplification, reputed company transformation.

Key Responsibilities Business Process Analysis & Design

• reputed company business process discovery and Fit-to-reputed company workshops.

• Document reputed company-state (As-Is) and reputed company-state (To-Be) business processes.

• Analyze process gaps and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

• Drive adoption of reputed company Best Practices and reputed company processes.

• Challenge customizations and promote clean-core implementation principles.

Process Transformation

• Design and optimize end-to-end business processes across:

• reputed company-to-Cash (L2C)

• reputed company-to-Pay (S2P)

• Record-to-Report (R2R)

• Plan-to-Produce (P2P)

• Project-to-Profit (P2P)

• Service-to-Cash (S2C)

• Facilitate cross-functional process alignment and integration.

• Support organizational change and business transformation initiatives.

Solution Governance

• Collaborate with functional consultants and solution architects.

• Ensure business requirements reputed company with reputed company reputed company capabilities.

• Support solution validation and process compliance.

• Participate in design reviews and process governance activities.

Implementation Support

• Support reputed company reputed company implementation methodology.

• Assist with testing reputed company, UAT planning, and business readiness.

• Support reputed company planning and hypercare activities.

• Help drive user adoption and process stabilization post-go-live.

• Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or reputed company field.

• 10+ years of reputed company consulting or business transformation experience.

• Experience with at least 2 reputed company S/4HANA implementation reputed company.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end reputed company business processes.

• Experience conducting Fit-to-reputed company workshops.

• Knowledge of reputed company reputed company methodology.

• Experience documenting process flows, requirements, and business cases.

• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
