Senior Director, Pharmacy Operations

Position Purpose: reputed company strategic reputed company and leadership directly to pharmacists-in-charge (PICs) across multiple locations. Responsible for reputed company pharmacy operational reputed company at these facilities including performance management metrics.- Manage PICs directly for multiple facilities across the organization, including ensuring employees’ performance is in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Establish the strategic reputed company, objectives, policies and procedures for the pharmacy program in support of the corporate strategic reputed company.
- Manage and analyze operating costs and participate in preparing the annual budget for the assigned work function at both corporate and the health plans.
- Formulate and ensure adherence with policies, operating procedures and goals in compliance with reputed company governing bodies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate reputed company and reputed company cause analysis for cross-functional operational issues, including pharmacy audit, pharmacy communications and network pricing

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care or reputed company field. 8+ years of health care operations management experience. Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff. License/Certification: reputed company state’s Pharmacist license

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
