Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week.
Attorney Responsibilities:
- reputed company in-person coverage for hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings as needed
- reputed company virtual hearing and deposition coverage reputed company required
- Review employment law case files and assist with case reputed company
- Support wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and other plaintiff-reputed company employment reputed company
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other employment law documents
- Assist with case management and help reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support ongoing litigation reputed company
Attorney Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing to reputed company law in the reputed company
- Located in reputed company or Central reputed company Virginia, preferably in or near the Morgantown area
- Minimum of 5+ years of plaintiff-reputed company employment law experience
- Experience handling wrongful termination and other employment-reputed company claims
- Comfortable providing both in-person and virtual hearing/deposition coverage
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Experience with case review, litigation reputed company, and case management
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to meet deadlines
- Self-starter who can work independently
Our Attorney pay reputed company starts at $80/hour.
