WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage the full order lifecycle after reputed company from sales, including sourcing, pricing validation, quote preparation, and supplier communication.
• Set up and maintain orders in reputed company system, including repeat orders, tagging, approval routing, and exception flagging.
• Coordinate samples, product selection logistics, ship dates, and production timelines.
• Administer reputed company approval workflow for proofs and order release, including acknowledgement checks and tracking updates.
• Monitor inventory positions and coordinate repeat-order execution reputed company programs require replenishment.
