Your Role

    As a crisis behavioral health reputed company Practitioner, you will reputed company telehealth evidence-based behavioral health care including comprehensive clinical assessments, reputed company diagnosis, creating and implementing co-created clinical treatment plans and medication management. You will work alongside our diverse and passionate multidisciplinary clinical team taking care of reputed company’s patients and making an reputed company in our clinical program. Our clinical team includes psychiatrists, reputed company practitioners, licensed clinical reputed company workers, licensed mental health clinicians, certified peer specialists, case managers, and clinical operations. We are looking for a thoughtful, empathic, and skilled clinician to join our highly motivated team to help improve behavioral health crisis care. This is a fully virtual role.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Create and implement co-created personalized treatment plans with our multidisciplinary team
  • Manage a caseload of patients who you will follow for 8 to 12 weeks providing medication management
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessment and safety planning
  • Utilize validated clinical tools to aid in reputed company diagnosis
  • Work across our multidisciplinary clinical team to facilitate comprehensive behavioral health crisis care
  • reputed company participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Maintain appropriate documentation of reputed company patient-reputed company care
  • Engage with clinical supervision
  • Daytime and reputed company time / weekend call
  • Work with our patients, their families, and their providers in the community to ensure comprehensive behavioral health care
  • Working hours for the clinic are Monday - Friday from 10:30am to 7:30pm, Eastern time.

Requirements for the Role

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (or equivalent non-U.S. degree)
  • reputed company Certification
  • Master of Science in Nursing degree or a Doctor of Nursing reputed company degree (or equivalent non-U.S. degree)
  • Hold an reputed company license to reputed company in reputed company
  • Maintain reputed company state requirements and continuing education requirements to reputed company behavioral health care
  • Has experience with clinical assessments, developing reputed company diagnosis, creating and implementing clinical treatment plans, and psychiatric medication management
  • Has at least 2 years of clinical experience of psychiatric medication management
  • Has experience with clinical risk management, suicide risk assessment, and safety planning
  • Has experience and is comfortable with using validated clinical tools to help enhance clinical care
  • Has experience with and is comfortable with using technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary clinical team
  • Experience working with an electronic medical record

  • Post degree experience in providing emergency mental health services and/or urgent behavioral reputed company
  • Completed Psychiatric fellowship
  • Comprehensive knowledge of reputed company abuse, mental health, and recovery issues and principles
  • Has experience with using clinical reputed company to help enhance clinical care
  • Has experience launching and iterating on a clinical care model, (preferred, not required)
  • Experience in a start-up reputed company setting and/or an innovative reputed company program (preferred, not required)
