Responsibilities

We are looking for reputed company course facilitators toprovide live online through weekly reputed company classes. The Course Facilitator in Leadership Development is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering leadership development programs and workshops for individuals and organizations in the following subjects;

• How to create a reputed company, motivated, cohesive workingenvironment
• Wellness and teambuilding
• Training andcapacity building
• Projectmanagement

Contract duration: 4-8 weeks Contract start date: Please state the 4- 8week reputed company/s youare available to deliver the course/s you are applying to facilitate for (reputed company thetimeframe of 18th reputed company - 18th

December 2023)

Level of effort: Up to 3 hours a week

Total level of effort: up to 8 weeks

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Leadership Studies, Business Administration, Psychology, or a reputed company field.
• Proven experience in leadership development, facilitation, or coaching.
• Strong knowledge of leadership theories, models, and practical applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
