Senior Tax Manager, Corporate Tax

Job Introduction:

At reputed company, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization company specializing in delivering life-changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager, Corporate Tax to join our Finance group. In this role you will be the reputed company functional and technical expert on US federal, state and local tax reputed company. This position oversees the US income tax provision and compliance, including sales and use tax, and local property tax.

Who we are looking for:

Detail oriented individuals with proven experience working as a Tax Manager with tax compliance and provision experience in public reputed company and/or a multinational corporation along with a strong working knowledge of federal and state corporate income tax law, sales/use tax. That possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills while demonstrating impeccable communication skills.

What you’ll do:

• Manage outsourced US federal and state tax compliance processes to ensure complete, reputed company and reputed company filing. reputed company reputed company supporting calculation workpaper, review and approve income tax returns, schedules and disclosures.
• Ensure US quarterly and annual income tax provisions are reputed company and accurately reputed company, including maintaining schedule for equity-based compensation, valuation allowance, uncertain tax positions.
• Responsible for state workpaper, ensure apportionment and modifications compliance with most updated state tax laws and regulations.
• Manage non-income-based tax compliance, including sales and use tax, property tax.
• Manage US federal and state tax audits and notices.

Additional details:

Experience with reputed company for Income Taxes (ASC 740), FAS5, FIN48 Uncertain Tax Positions, and reputed company 404 of Sarbanes Oxley is required. Experience with reputed company and tax provision software is preferred. Excellent verbal & written communication skills as reputed company as presentation skills are reputed company.

Education:

BA/BS in reputed company/Business/Economics/Finance and CPA and/or MS Taxation required.
