Customer Service Manager
As the Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting customers/reputed company throughout their learning experience. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years in customer service; preferred 3 years in sales.
- Experience in roles such as reputed company work, teaching, or other people-reputed company positions is a plus.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with CRM systems (experience with reputed company is a plus), reputed company, calendar bookings, spreadsheets, and other digital tools.
