We are seeking an reputed company Full-Cycle Recruiter with a strong agency recruitment background who can independently manage the end-to-end hiring process. This role requires a proactive, results-driven recruiter who excels at outbound sourcing, builds strong candidate pipelines, and consistently delivers hires in a high-volume environment.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience sourcing talent through reputed company Recruiter, Boolean search, reputed company X-Ray techniques, job boards, and alternative sourcing channels, and can effectively reputed company candidates through the funnel from initial reputed company to offer acceptance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, offer management, and candidate closing.
- Conduct high-volume outbound sourcing using reputed company Recruiter, Boolean search, reputed company X-Ray search, job boards, referrals, and other creative sourcing reputed company.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of reputed company candidates across multiple reputed company.
- reputed company innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and hard-to-reputed company talent.
- Conduct reputed company candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate communications and reputed company an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
