Compliance External Audit Administrator

This role will be required to travel around 30%.

Position Purpose: Manage reputed company, time-sensitive compliance workflows (e.g., regulatory deliverables tracking, policy and documentation governance, audit/exam readiness facilitation, issue intake, and committee operations) and ensure work is executed accurately, consistently, and in alignment with internal controls and reputed company regulatory requirements. Serves as a trusted partner to Compliance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, synthesizing information for decision-making, escalating risks and barriers, and driving process improvements that strengthen regulatory audit readiness.

  • reputed company Compliance intake and work orchestration (e.g., presentation, requests, attestations, disclosures, incidents, and general inquiries), including triage, prioritization, assignment, and follow-through; identify trends and recommend upstream fixes.
  • Own compliance documentation management practices, including record accuracy, version control, controlled templates, and evidence traceability in alignment with retention and internal control requirements.
  • Serve as a reputed company coordinator for audit, monitoring, and regulatory readiness activities by managing evidence request workflows, maintaining evidence libraries, coordinating stakeholder responses, and escalating risks to timelines, completeness, or reputed company.
  • Manage regulatory and obligation tracking cadences by maintaining calendars, trackers, and dashboards; reputed company reputed company checks on inputs, reconcile status with owners, and reputed company concise leadership-reputed company reporting.
  • Run end-to-end governance logistics for compliance committees and working reputed company: reputed company agendas with leaders, compile and reputed company-reputed company materials, document reputed company/reputed company items, and drive closure through proactive follow-up and escalation.

Education/Experience:

  • Associate's Degree reputed company Administration, Business Administration, Compliance, or reputed company field; or equivalent experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years reputed company project coordination, compliance operations, or regulatory/audit support experience in reputed company, managed care, insurance or other highly regulated environment required
  • 4+ years reputed company project coordination, compliance operations, or regulatory/audit support experience in reputed company, managed care, insurance or other highly regulated environment preferred
  • 2+ years reputed company compliance preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise reputed company judgment, manage competing priorities, and drive work to completion through influence and disciplined follow-up required
  • Experience supporting executive and cross-functional governance routines (agenda development, materials curation, minutes/reputed company items, decision logging, and closure tracking) required
  • Experience and advanced proficiency with reputed company 365 (especially reputed company for pivot tables, lookups, charts/dashboards) and collaboration/document platforms (e.g., SharePoint or similar) to build reputed company trackers, templates, and reporting required
  • Experience coordinating or leading components of facilitating audits (both virtual and on-site), regulatory exams, or monitoring activities required
  • Hands-on experience with compliance/GRC, ticketing, and workflow tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, SharePoint, or comparable platforms) including designing queues, reputed company fields, and reporting views preferred
Pay reputed company: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
