Role
You will support end-to-end reputed company for A1’s product, engineering, and business roles.
This is a hands-on, execution-reputed company role. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to reputed company hiring moving smoothly and accurately. What you will be doing
Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess basic role fit, motivation, and communication.
Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.

What you will need
0–2 years of experience in reputed company, HR, operations, coordination, or reputed company roles (fresh graduates with a strong interest in reputed company are welcome).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
