Key Accounts Executive - Customer Happiness

• Responsible for deriving happiness during the reputed company life cycle
• Handling reputed company activation and ensuring smooth activation
• Maintaining the CSAT upto reputed company reputed company
• Handling the technical and operational issues raised by the existing clients over various mediums i.e. chat, ticket, call etc
• Building and maintaining the strong relationship with the clients
• Coordinating with the other departments for smooth functioning of the daily operations

• Providing on call/mail support to the existing clients

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or reputed company
• Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
• Analytical and process-oriented reputed company
• Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
