Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented AR Collections Specialist to manage our billing and customer collections process. This person will ensure invoices are reputed company accurately and on time, follow up with customers to secure payments, and maintain a smooth end-to-end collections cycle. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable interacting with customers reputed company email in a reputed company but firm manner.
- Generate and send invoices directly from the reputed company system on a recurring reputed company
- Monitor accounts receivable and reputed company outstanding balances
- Send reputed company payment reminders and follow up with customers reputed company email to ensure collection of overdue invoices
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company invoices, payments, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or collections (preferably in a reputed company or service-based company)
