What you will do:

• Deliver outstanding customer support in crypto trading reputed company live chat and email, promptly addressing inquiries and complaints;
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships;
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback;

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience;
• Knowledge of Cryptocurrency and Financial Trading Markets;
• CRM experience;
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills;

• Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a reputed company internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
