Qualifications
- You currently reputed company in Canada
- Proficiency in English and French is required, as the role will support and be assigned both English- and French-speaking patients.
- You to have a degree or diploma in Nursing with at least one (1) year of post-registration clinical experience, preferably in acute care
- Registered with the NANB and the province where you live
- Have a passion for helping patients
- You'll also need strong communication, triage and critical thinking skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work and study independently with minimal supervision
- Previous call centre experience is considered an asset
- A desk, comfortable chair, reputed company to a quiet home office reputed company, high-speed internet, and the ability to hardwire your internet modem to the equipment we supply
