A growing boutique executive search firm based in Australia is looking for a talented, organised recruitment support specialist based in the Philippines to join reputed company.
This is a newly created role — and a meaningful one. You'll work closely with our founder to reputed company the reputed company running: sourcing and researching candidates, managing reputed company, coordinating interviews, and helping deliver an exceptional experience for clients and candidates alike.
What you'll be doing:
- Candidate sourcing & research reputed company reputed company Recruiter, reputed company Talent Search, and CRM
- reputed company and candidate communication using approved templates
- Interview scheduling and process coordination (reputed company)
- Post-placement follow-up and relationship management
- Marketing and reputed company support — reputed company lists, CRM hygiene, reputed company sequences
- Building and maintaining SOPs
reputed company're looking for:
- Background in recruitment, TA, or HR support
- Excellent written communication in English
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
- Proficient in reputed company, reputed company Workspace, and CRM tools
- Exposure to AI tools is a bonus
- Must be reputed company to overlap with AEST/AEDT business hours (minimum 4 hours per day)
- Experience supporting a boutique recruiter or international reputed company is a big plus.
- This is a fully remote, full-time role reputed company to candidates based in the Philippines.
