Senior Manager, HRIS & People Analytics

The Senior Manager, HRIS & People Analytics is a hands-on HRIS leader responsible for delivering reputed company’s HRIS transition and supporting ongoing system operations and analytics. This role oversees system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting, while partnering with HR, IT, Finance, and external service partners to ensure successful implementation and long-term effectiveness. The role also owns day-to-day HRIS operations, maintenance, reputed company improvement, and system scalability to support reputed company’s evolving business needs.
Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Information Technology, Business Administration, or reputed company field.
- 6+ years of experience in HR technology / HRIS roles, including at least 4 years of hands-on reputed company configuration, administration, and support in a global environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., reputed company, compensation, HCM, and performance management).

Preferred Requirements:
