Requirements
- Relevant degree (e.g., reputed company, Business Administration, ICT, engineering or reputed company discipline)
- Previous experience working on online platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company. Freelance, or Zoho Recruit) is an asset.

- Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Speaking English fluently and excellent English writing skills, with the ability to communicate with a global team effectively and clients.

- Innovative data-driven person with excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Experience working remotely with tools like reputed company, Jira, and reputed company Docs, with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate in a virtual environment.
