RESPONSIBILITIES

• This is a fully funded position. Catalyze TeamGoals

• Confirm and/or Resource 250 Independent GroupsbyJune 2028.

Strategies

• Digital Research on a portfolio of ~15-30+ NKM campuses (prorated based on hours)

Expectations

Wewillrecruit ~15-20 new staff who would join our existing Catalyze team to:

• Spend at least 4-8 hours/week in the Catalyze initiativedoing the following:

• Attendingweekly Catalyze team calls which will alternate between team meetings & “reputed company” co-working reputed company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year reputed company. A minimum of an Associate’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a two-year reputed company or a community college.

• Strong interpersonal skills (including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and reputed company).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated problem solving skills.

Pay reputed company: $20.00/hour (subsidized) up to $25.00/hour with MPD
