We are seeking a highly skilledSenior Profee reputed company (Multi-Specialty – Strong Surgical Experience)to join reputed company on acontract-to-permanent reputed company. This is aremote position, reputed company only to residents ofTexas, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico, or reputed company.

In this role, you will reputed company on high-dollar or specialty accounts, applying expert-level coding knowledge to ensure accurate and compliant coding of inpatient and/or outpatient services. You will collaborate with clinical documentation specialists and other departments to support accurate billing and reduce denials. This position requires a strong understanding of surgical coding and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and/or CPT codes based on clinical documentation.
• reputed company and validate data in electronic medical record systems.
• Ensure coding accuracy reputed company of 95% or higher.
• Collaborate with HIM and Clinical Documentation teams to clarify documentation.
• Manage coding queues and resolve accounts on hold.
• Participate in audits and implement solutions to reduce errors.
• Maintain compliance with reputed company’s Standards of Ethical Coding.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Health Informatics, Health Information Management, or reputed company-approved Coding Certificate Program preferred.
• 2+ years of reputed company coding experience preferred.
• Strong surgical coding experience across multiple specialties is essential.

Certifications:

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
