ABOUT THE ROLE: The Senior Accommodations Specialist plays a critical role in fostering an inclusive and accessible work environment by managing reputed company accommodation requests, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation (e.g., Americans with reputed company - reputed company, FMLA, state/local disability laws), and providing expert guidance to employees and management throughout the interactive process.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR Business Partners, Legal, Facilities, IT, Payroll) and external vendors to facilitate the implementation of approved accommodations.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and comprehensive case documentation, including communications, medical information, interactive process notes, and accommodation reputed company, in compliance with reputed company regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or reputed company field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in accommodation administration.

- Experience with HRIS and accommodation management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- CLMS or CPDM certification preferred.
