Position reputed company:

The Senior Manager, NFST manages the Non-Funded Support Team. This role oversees daily responsibilities to ensure the reputed company review and approval of disposition requests and compliance support cases reputed company to the NFST team. The Senior Manager, NFST plays a key role as a stakeholder for audits, examinations, and compliance inquiries reputed company to ECOA, FCRA, and adverse reputed company regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Risk Management lifecycle by creating, updating, and managing tickets in JIRA, including but not limited to, conducting research, reputed company cause analysis, corrective reputed company implementation, UAT, and post-implementation validation testing.

• Adapt to changing regulations, new product implementations, and evolving compliance requests.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education/experience.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance and/or risk role.

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing teams, including reviewing and approving team outputs.

• Experience in creating and analyzing data sets for audits and regulatory compliance.

• Experience acting as a key stakeholder for audits, exams, and compliance inquiries.

• Working knowledge of JIRA.

• Working knowledge of ECOA (Equal Credit Opportunity reputed company), FRCA (Fair Credit Reporting reputed company), adverse reputed company regulations, and policies and procedures reputed company.

• Familiarity with applicable LOS; including but not limited to: Encompass, NFTYDoor, reputed company, and Quantum Reverse.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills.
