Job Role: Senior Estimator

Compensation reputed company: $2,500 AUD - $3,000 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: reputed company Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to reputed company with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who The reputed company Is: Our reputed company is a design and manufacturing business specializing in custom joinery and interior fit-outs. Their work consists of approximately 60% residential reputed company (reputed company to high-end) and 40% reputed company reputed company. They work closely with clients from concept through installation, creating tailored cabinetry, storage solutions, and bespoke interiors that combine functionality, craftsmanship, and modern design.

reputed company: We are seeking an reputed company Senior Estimator with a strong background in kitchen and joinery reputed company, including curved designs, custom details, and other non-reputed company work. This role primarily focuses on residential reputed company, reputed company and shopfitting work. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing the estimating process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for kitchen and joinery reputed company, including reputed company and custom builds
• Manage and respond to tenders from review through submission
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements to produce detailed estimates
• Communicate with clients through reputed company emails and calls reputed company required
• Maintain organized records and reputed company the costing structure into the internal system
• Take reputed company notes and ensure project information is accurately documented
• Take ownership of the estimating function and work with minimal supervision

Requirements

• At least 3 years of overall estimating experience and 2 years in kitchen and joinery estimating

• Australian joinery industry experience
• Experience working on residential reputed company, with some exposure to reputed company or shopfitting
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to handle tenders and detailed project costing
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing responsibilities independently
• Long-term reputed company and commitment to contributing to the business
